500 kV单回线路"一牵三"张力展放导引绳施工方法

对500kV送电线路导地线张力架设施工中存在的展放导引绳施工问题进行了分析,阐述了施工方案、施工设备、施工技术操作要点及施工过程,即在施工时展放中相导引绳,用"一牵三"的方法分2次展放其它各相导引绳,并在各塔位利用空中锚固、张牵机配合等方法,将走板两侧的导引绳分别穿过相应的导地线放线滑车以实现在空中牵引导引绳,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率.

Constructing method of ' one towing three' strain - expanded pilot wire used in 500 kV one way line

Problems existed during the course of tension stringing of line-grounded for a 500 kV power transmission line were analyzed,and the construction scheme,equipment used,key points of technology and the erecting process were also discussed,that is,expanding neutral phase pilot wire first,then expanding respectively other phases pilot wires at twice by means of 'one towing three',meanwhile making the pilot wires along the both sides of waking path pass respectively through the corresponding line-grounded running out blocks by using anchors overhead and puller on the sites of towers in order to pull pilot wires overhead,with which the laboring strength can be greatly decreased and the working efficiency promoted.
