| 摘 要： | 寻找到一种新的方法,使云母纸板剪裁及冲切成型过程中产生的边角料开解并重新利用,实现云母纸板无废清洁生产新工艺.其最优工艺条件:开解剂的用量为12kg/t,浸泡时间为24h,浸泡物料浓度为45%,打浆时间为30min,打浆浓度为20%,打浆机转速1400r/min.

| Abstract: | A new technology of recycling and utilizing leftover materials was found,which were produced in the process of cutting out and molding of mica paper plate.So the new cleaning production craft of mica paper plate was realized without waste.The optimum conditions of this technology are following,the dosage of decomposing agent is 12kg/t,soaking time is 24h,soaking material concentration is 45%,pulping time is 30min,pulp concentration is 20%,speed of pulping machine is 1400r/min. |
