航天红外探测器的发展现状与进展

摘    要:介绍了近年来国内外气象、资源、对地观测及军用遥感等重要卫星系列中,红外探测器涉及的材料、器件等方面的技术特点及其应用情况,并简要提出了红外探测器在航天遥感领域应用的发展趋势。气象卫星类航天红外探测器,仍以单元和多元(包括小规模焦平面)为主,波长覆盖近红外到甚长波红外。遥感卫星包括军用系列卫星,以红外焦平面技术为主,着重于短波、中波和长波(10.5~12.5 μm)的长线列扫描型红外焦平面,以及甚长波(~15 μm)的面阵红外焦平面。

Abstract:The materials, devices, packages of infrared detectors used for meteorological, resource, earth observation system and military remote sensing satellites at home are introduced in this paper. The trends of infrared detectors for spaceborne remote sensing applications are also introduced. Single-element and multi-element IR detectors with wavelength covered from near to very-long infrared are widely used on meteorological satellites. On the contrary, most of resource satellites including military satellites, used IRFPA detectors. Short, middle and long wavelength detectors are mainly M×1 type long linear IRFPA, and long-long wavelength ones up to 15 μm are mainly M×N type IRFPA.
