乙烯气中微量乙炔的多维气相色谱分析

针对乙烯气中微量乙炔进行分析时，主组分乙烯分析时间长，拖尾严重等问题，采用多维气相色谱技术，于日本的岛津ＧＣ－９Ａ气相色谱仪上配备了反吹回路，在分析样品的过程中，将不需检测的乙烯经过预分柱分离后，通过反吹放空，只保留微量乙炔进行检测，大大缩短了分析时间。

ANALYSIS OF TRACE ACETYLENE IN ETHYLENE GAS BY MULTIDIMENSIONAL GAS CHROMATOGRAPH

Analyzing the trace acetylene in ethylene gas by general method,the main component,ethylene,will take a long period to be determined and the peak has a tail.The article described the multidimensional gas chromatograph technology used in the analysis.Using a counter-current blowing pipe special designed in GC 9A,the ethylene separated from the pre separating column,is blown out then the trace acetylene is analysed.Having observed column effciency in different column temperature and different flow rate of carrier,the optimum chromatography conditions have been obtained.This method is not only saving time obviously, but providing reliable analysis results also for the research of silver catalyst utilized in the ethylene oxide production from ethylene.
