| 摘 要： | 职场环境深刻影响着人才的培养,人才培养需要营造职场环境。高职院校既是学生获取知识的地方,也是学生涉世的一个重要环境,只有努力营造职场环境,才能培养出与企业用人需求相适应的人才。高职院校需要转变观念,采取措施,努力营造人才培养的职场环境。
