摘    要:采用离子液体BMIMCl为溶剂,研究蔗糖与硬脂酸甲酯反应特性,考察物料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量及离子液体重复利用次数对蔗糖酯(SE)产率影响。试验结果表明:在硬脂酸甲酯/蔗糖最佳摩尔比为3:1;反应时间为3h;反应温度为130℃;催化剂用量为(wt.)3%,此时产率最高,可达91.80%;试验结果还表明,其共溶剂离子液体可重复利用,经3次利用后SE产率仍在75%以上。

Abstract:The reaction characteristic of synthesis of sucrose and methyl stearate using BMIMCl for ionic liquid solvent was researched. The affect on the yield, such as materials ratio;temperature; reaction time;the amount of catalyst and frequency of use of ionic liquids to repeat were reviewed. The experiments shown that the best reaction conditions were stearic acid methyl:sugar ratio of 3:1; reaction time 3h; reaction temperature 130℃; catalyst for KOH the amount of 3 percent, the yield can be achieved at 91.80 percent in this conditions. The experiments result also indicates that the ionic liquid can be duplicatedly used, the production rate can still reach 75% after using three times.
