| 摘 要： | 目前一步法注射、吹塑成型机已广泛用于加工塑料容器。在实际生产使用中,注吹机的温度、压力、时间(速度)等工艺参数的设定是影响成品质量的主要因素,本文以美国WHEATON公司PSC-402注吹机为例,介绍了几种注吹机的加工工艺及其若干参数的设定,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | One-step injection blow monlding has been widely used to produce plastic bottles.The technical parameter,such as temperature,pressure,time(speed) and so on of the injection blow monlding machine,is the major factor which effect the quality of product.By giving an example of America WHEATON company's PSC-402 injection blow monlding machine,we introduced the technical process and technical parameters selection,which had leading significance in practice. |
