多电平逆变器共模电压的抑制

大多数脉宽调制的多电平逆变器会产生共模电压,导致很大的电机轴承电流和电磁干扰,直接影响电机轴承的使用寿命和电子设备正常工作.为此,针对多电平逆变器电压空间矢量的特点和规律进行了分析,并对各个电压空间矢量以及各种冗余开关状态进行研究,发现了冗余开关状态与共模电压的内在联系,同时提出了一种抑制多电平逆变器共模电压的空间矢量方法.仿真与实验结果证明了该理论分析以及所提出的抑制共模电压方法的正确性.
