| 摘 要： | 本文设计并实现了基于客户／服务器模式的GPS船舶监控指挥系统，通过驱动卫星通信C 站和地面站完成船舶的导航和通信，并借助Esri公司推出的MapObjects组件开发电子海图系统，实现动态跟踪。

| Abstract: | A GPS shipping supervising and commanding system based on Client/Server model is designed in this paper. The shipping navigation and communications are accomplished through driving the INMARSAT - C station and the ground - based station. In the meantime, with the help of an electronic nautical chart based on MapObjects components that the Esri developed, dynamic tracking is also being realized. |
