| 摘 要： | 通过对技术性贸易规定的分析指出技术性贸易壁垒日益增多的原因，并对技术性贸易壁垒的主要表现形式进行了归纳，阐明了技术性贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口会产生巨大的影响，从政府和企业两个角度提出了解决问题的对策建议。
