摘    要:以水为分散介质,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,在98℃和一定的搅拌速度下,采用正交试验设计方法,考察聚丙烯(PP)悬浮固相接枝丙烯酸(AA)反应中主要原料组份对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。结果表明,最佳投料质量比为PP∶AA∶BPO∶H2O=30∶2.0~3.0∶0.50~0.75∶80,界面剂二甲苯的加入可明显提高接枝率。在此基础上,研究了反应时间、PP的等规度和颗粒度对接枝反应的影响。

Abstract:Acrylic acid is successfully grafted onto polypropylene by means of suspension solid phase graft copolymerization at 98 ℃ and under stirring,where water is used as a dispersion medium and BPO as an initiator;orthogonal design method is used to optimize the reaction conditions Results indicate that the optimum feeding ratio of PP∶AA∶BPO∶water is 30∶2 0~3 0∶0 5~0 75∶80 Xylene acts as an interfacial agent and its addition into the reaction system is helpful for promoting graft reaction Based on the results mentioned above,the dependence of graft ratio on reaction time and isotacticity and particle size of PP has been investigated It is found that PP with lower isotacticity and smaller particle size is favourable to increasing graft ratio
