异形筘磨损的原因及应对措施

摘    要:分析了异形筘磨损的人为原因、设计制造原因及缩率、布边状态、打纬区、浆纱工序等方面的工艺原因,提出减少异形筘磨损的措施有:加强员工的培训、调整经位置线、选择合适的边撑、调整布边组织的筘入数等.

Abstract:Abrasion reasons of profile reed in person, design, manufacturing and processing reasons such as shrinkage, selvage condition, beating area, sizing process and so on were analyzed. The measures to reduce abrasion of profile reed are proposed, which are strengthening training of workers, adjusting the line of warp position, choosing suitable temple, adjusting the reed-in numbers of selvage stitch.
