摘    要:本文提出了一种利用微机资源,用于磁盘机机械,电路系统频率特性测试的扫频信号激励源的设计方案。该激励源采用了两级分频方案,能在较宽的频率范围内进行任意波形的扫频,具有较好的频率变化梯度。在低频场合,不失为一种理想的扫频信号源。本文最后给出了主要的技术指标。

Abstract:This Paper puts forward a design scheme depending on microprocessor for frequency scan sinagl impetus resource,which has been used on freguency character test for disk driver's machinery and circurit system.This impetus resource adopts two-grade frequency devision scheme,so it can. give out arbitrary waveform frequeney scan signal within a wide frequency range,providing a good frequency change gradient.It is an ideal scan signal resource in low frequency. At the end of this paper,the test result is given
