水溶性高相对分子质量淬火用聚醚的制备

摘    要:采用金陵石化公司研究院生产的双金属聚醚催化剂(MMC),通过选择不同的起始剂,调整环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷比例,合成了一系列水溶性高相对分子质量淬火用聚醚,探讨了合成工艺条件和催化剂用量,表征了聚醚的分子结构,与同类产品进行了性能比较。结果表明,采用MMC合成水溶性高相对分子质量淬火用聚醚,合成工艺简便,反应周期短,产品各项物理性能优良,达到或超过了国内外同类产品的水平,可以取代它们用于水基功能液体。

Abstract:By using MMC catalyst which is studied and produced in the Institute of Jinling Petrochemical Co.Ltd,and through selecting originer, a seris of the super water-soluble polyether for quenchant are synthesized , the process condition and the using quantity of MMC are discussed,the performance are compared;the result show that are better in the process, the reacting cycle and the physics performance,reach or across that of domestic and abroad,it can be instead of them in water-based function fluids.
