| 摘 要： | 为满足浅海油田电潜泵井无套压安全生产的需要 ,研制开发了DBF— 15 2型电潜泵封隔器。这种封隔器采用多孔偏心结构 ,液压坐封 ,双向卡瓦锚定 ,上提管柱解封 ;设计了电缆穿越密封装置 ,可实现电潜泵电缆和测压管线的无损穿越 ;设计了排气洗井阀 ,连接在排气通道上 ,具有地面液压控制、油套环空定时排气的功能 ,满足了海上电潜泵井安全生产和测压的要求。现场试验 5井次表明 ,施工效果良好 ,各项功能达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | Model DBF-152 ESP packer is designed in order to meet the demand of no-casing pressure ESP wells in Shengli shallow sea oil field. This packer is hydraulic set, straight pull release, bidirectional slips anchor, and multiple bores available for gas venting, ESP cable, chemical injection line, and well monitoring device. Tests on five wells show that the effect is good and reach the design requirement. By using this packer, the operation in the ESP wells can be safe, and the pollution to the environment can be avoided. |
