摘    要:通过对在役煤气动力管网中失稳变形波纹管膨胀节的损伤分析,发现波纹管失稳变形主要是由于安装误差和地基下沉而引发的.通过对变形波纹管的疲劳模拟试验,结合理论分析计算,评估出波纹管膨胀节的剩余疲劳寿命,可为整个在役煤气动力管网的剩余寿命评估打下基础.

Abstract:The analysis of the failure of deformed bellow expansion joint of town gas power pipeline network in service found that the deformation of the bellows were mainly caused by installation error and ground settlement. Through the fatigue simulation test of deformed bellows and theoretical analysis,the residue life of the bellow expansion joint was estimated, which laid a good foundation for the residue life assessment of complete inservice town gas power pipeline network.
