摘    要:通过机械共混制备了POM/TPU合金,考察了TPU品种,含量以及形态结构对共混物韧性的影响。结果表明,共混物的韧性随TPU含量的增加而增加且聚酯型的改性效果优于聚醚型,增容剂在促使分散相分数,增强两相间的界面粘结方面发挥重要作用,共混方法以及所产生的形态结构对共混物的性能有较大影响。

Abstract:The POM/TPU alloy was manufactured by mechanical mixing methods. The effects on blends toughness about TPU content, kind and compatibilizer were investigated. The Morphologic structure was studied by means of SEM. Results indicate, the toughness of blends is raised when TPU content is increased; TPU-Jz is better then TPU-Jm on modify POM. Compatibilizer G plays a important role in making TPU well dispersed and making interfacial bond strength reinforced. The blending method and Morphologic structure lay a much influence on blends property.
