甜菜苗期叶片某些生理指标的研究

摘    要:本文对甜菜苗期叶片干物率、比叶重、过氧化物酶(POD)活性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)14叶龄前叶片干物率以抗褐斑病、高糖偏丰产材料为高,8叶龄前干物率增加幅度大于对照;干物率高的品系抗褐斑病性强、高糖且丰产。(2)比叶重的变化趋势与干物率相似,在8叶龄期、14叶龄期的比叶重都高于对照,与对照的差异均达显著和极显著水准。(3)2叶龄POD活性与品种抗病性、含糖率相关。说明在甜菜苗期对叶片干物率、比

Abstract:The Dry Matter Rate (DMR) Specific Leaf Weight (SLW) and POD activity of sugar beet leaves in seedling stage were investigated in this paper.The result indicated that (1 ) The leaf DMR in variety which leaf spot resistance high sugar content in clined to high yield was higher before 14 1eaf stage. Increase range of leaf DMR in test Varietis was higher than in check Yariety before 8 leaf stage. The yarieties of the high DMR have a high resistance to leaf spot. high yield and sugar content (2 ) The tendence of SLW was similar to DMR. SLW was higer in test varieties than in 8 and 14 leaf stages also reached Significant differences level. POD activity has a relationship to leaf spot resissance and sugar contents in 2 leaf s tage. These indicated that select of variety with leaf. DMR SLW POD activity was effective, these characters can be used as reference index in variety selection.
