声场对蔗糖晶体生长的影响

本文对蔗糖过饱和溶液为研究研究了声场对糖液结晶，尤其是对晶体生长的影响。结果发现，作用效果与昌核尺寸的大小有关，当晶核较小时，声场对晶体生长有促进作用；而当晶体较大时，则有反作用，使晶体表现凹蚀。

Influence of Sonic Field on Growth of Sucrose Crystals

In this paper, it is disscused that sonic field influences the crystallization of the sugar solution,especially on the Crystal growth. It is indicated in experiments that the effect is related to the crystal xize. When the size is smaller,sonic field can help the crystals grow. When the size is bigger, sonic field reacts on the growth because of hollow erosion.
