| 摘 要： | 叙述了我国在石油计量和石油计量标准方面经历多年的演变,已经形成一套完整的石油计量体制和习惯,越来越科学、合理,但与API标准相比,有着本质的区别。指出现在加油站的油品按体积销售,而石油库的油品按重量销售,在这两种方法的转换过程中,因密度取值问题,容易产生纠纷。要解决计量纠纷的关键在于严格统一计量单位,统一计量方法,加强计量监督。

| Abstract: | Course of development of oil metering is introduced. Through years of evolution, China has formed an integrated oil metering system. The sys- tern is substantial different with API standard though it' s becoming more and more scientific and rational. Oils are sold by volume at gas stations, while they are sold by weight at oil depots. Conversion can cause metering dissension. Unification of metering units and methods is essential to solve the problem. |
