耦合理论在产品参数设计中的应用

摘    要:耦合理论指多个参数之间的相互作用,反映各参数的输入关系对输出结果的影响,为研究参数耦合理论在产品设计中的应用,通过正交试验,拟合分析,建立了多参数之间的耦合模型,提出了在产品设计过程中引入耦合模型,在参数设计时可以限定各个参数的取值区间,可降低能量利用和制造成本.以混凝土摊铺机为例,通过正交试验方法,首次基于重叠度建立产品多个参数指标之间的耦合模型,并经过现场测试,研究产品使用效率、功率利用、作业质量、工作时间,并将该方式与常规使用情况进行分析对比,发现同样摊铺50 m长度下节省时间10.5 s,功率12 kW以上,且平整度与预压实度均合格.

Abstract:Coupling theory refers to the interaction of multiple parameters,which has the influence on the output.To study the application of parameter coupling theory in product design,the coupling model of multiple parameters is set up through orthogonal test and fitting analysis.The coupling model is introduced in the process of product design and the value range of each parameter can be defined,which can reduce the energy utilization and manufacturing cost.Taking the concrete paver as an example,the coupling model about multiple parameters of product is established based on overlap degree for the first time by the orthogonal test.Then it makes a comparision through field test,including the product efficiency,power utilization,operation quality,and working hours.The new way is compared with the conventional method,the results show that the same paving 50 m length can save time 50 s,power 12 kW above,and the flatness and pre-compaction are qualified.
