| 摘 要： | 针对某表面处理生产线自动化程度低的现状,开发了一种基于PROFIBUS现场总线的表面处理生产线的实时监控系统。该系统不仅大大提高了表面处理生产线的自动化水平和产品质量,更重要的是增强了工厂信息化管理的能力。

| Abstract: | in terms of low automation level of the surface treatment assembly line in some factory, a real time supervision and control system of surface treatment assembly line based on PROFIBUS was presented. This solution enhanced the automation level of surface treatment assembly line, improved the product quality, and more importantly strengthened information management capabilities. |
