摘    要:目前,大型电站锅炉广泛采用回转式空气预热器作为尾部换热设备。但是,漏风率过高影响了整个机组的经济性和可靠性,是各电厂提高经济效益需要解决的问题。通过分析漏风的机理及模型,阐述漏风过高所造成的危害,针对影响漏风的因素分析了降低漏风的原理及方法,对空气预热器的漏风改造具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The rotary preheater is one of the most important heat-exchange equipments in the utility boiler. However, high air leakage rate, affecting the economy and reliability of the utility boiler, which will do much harm to the power plant, is one stubborn problem that needs to be resolved. The paper analyzes the principle and mathematic model of air leakage. Based on the related factors, the principle on controlling the air leakage rate is analyzed. Additionally, some effective measures to prevent the air leakage are introduced. The principle will guide the reconstruction of air preheater.
