摘    要:本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了WO3膜,分析了热处理温度对WO3薄膜结构的影响,探讨了热处理温度下WO3膜的电致变色特性.

Abstract:Wo 3 thin films were prepared by the Sol Gel method,the effects of annealing temperature on the structure of Wo 3 thin films were analysed.Electrochromic properties of Wo 3 thin films under annealing temperature were also discussed.
