基于GIS的建筑物抗震性能普查及建库

围绕着建筑物抗震普查以提高对地震的预警、应急反应和对灾情的快速判断能力为目标,按照抗震普查、数据建库、信息管理辅助决策的流程,阐述了建筑物抗震性能普查的内容、方法、步骤以及城市抗震防灾地理信息系统的建设。

Anti-Seismic Survey of buildings and database-construction based on GIS

In this paper,anti-seismic of buildings was surveyed in order to make a quick response and execute rescue operations when the earthquake occurred.According to the technique of GIS,our work flow chart includes four steps: surveying the present buildings' situation of earthquake proof,constructing the corresponding database,establishing the management information system,and creating the assistant decision-making system.Some new methods,contents,and processes for this work were explained.At last a special GIS for anti-seismic was established.
