摘    要:为研制能产生超宽边带光谱的电光调制器,引入了具有复杂形状的调制器带线电极,为确定该电极在宽频带内的谐振频率,提出了一种结合了平面波导模型方法和边界元素方法的数值计算方法,在保证足够精度的基础上对形状复杂的调制器电极进行了简化求解,并巧妙运用高斯型求积公式较为精确地求解了边界积分方程,数值计算结果与实验结果基本相符。

Abstract:For making the electro-optical modulator which can generate ultra wide sideband spectrum, a kind of stripline electrode with complex pattern was proposed. So we present a numerical method which combines Planar Waveguide Model Method and Boundary Element Method to determine the resonant frequencies of the kind of electrode in wide frequency band width of microwave. And we use Gaussian integrating formula to get the solution of a derived boundary integral equation .The calculating result approximately corresponds to the experimental result.
