LLDPE/EPO共混体系相容性及结晶结构的研究

摘    要:利用DSC、WAXD两种方法系统研究了LIDPE/EPO(线型低密度聚乙烯/乙烯丙烯辛烯-1共聚物)共混体系的相容性及结晶结构,通过DSC上(熔融峰,结晶峰)呈现单峰确定了此共混体系在水晶水平上共晶;用WAXD方法,计算了共混体系的结晶度,晶胞参数及微晶大小随组成不同而变化的关系,进一步证实了LLDPE/EPO共混体系的相容性。

Abstract:The crystallization structure and compatibility of LLDPE/EPO (linear low density polyethylene/ethylene-propylene-octene-1 copolymer) blends have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) methods. Only a single melting or cooling peak was found in DSC curves for all blends, showing cocrystalline in patch-crystal level. The crystallinity?unit cell parameters and crystallite-size of the blends which have been calculated by WAXD method are in dependence of the composition of the blends, further revealing compatibility of the system.
