摘    要:介绍了国内采用富氧底吹熔池熔炼生产粗铜工艺的生产企业的发展背景与现状,指出了生产中存在的问题,分析了熔炼渣含铜高的原因,以及间断操作存在的弊端。描述了炉外分离熔池熔炼工艺及其优越性、工艺及设备的设计、工艺布置,以及中试生产数据和结果。

Abstract:This article narrated the background and general development of bottom--blown copper smelting process by rich, -- oxygen, and the producing information of the smelted enterprises. In which, analyzing the reason o{ high copper in smelting slag, and the ills of disconnected operation. This article introduced the technology, equipment and relevant design of separating outside smelter and the result of some trials.
