摘    要:某油田生产水存在严重的结垢倾向,其结垢类型主要为CaCO3,现场通过采用防垢剂控制结垢。本文在室内采用静态法和动态结垢法对4种防垢剂进行了评价和筛选。结果表明:静态条件下,防垢剂A和C的效果较好;动态试验中,在各种添加浓度下,防垢剂C的防垢效果最佳,在5mg/L浓度时防垢率即达到86%;综合分析得知防垢剂C性能最好。

Abstract:There was severe scaling tendency for the produced water system of one oilfield and the main scale was CaCO3. Now the scale inhibitor is mainly injected into produced water system in order to solve the scaling problem. The static titration and dynamic scaling evaluation method were used to evaluate performance difference among 4 scale inhibitors. The result showed that in static conditions, scale inhibitors A and C performed well, and in dynamic test, scale inhibitors C performed best in every concentration, the scale inhibitor efficiency was 86% at concentration of 5mg/L.
