延长连吹炉炉寿的研究与实践

摘    要:某冶炼厂铜冶炼工艺采用的是密闭鼓风炉熔炼、连续吹炼炉吹炼的粗铜生产工艺。在十几年的生产中不断进行工艺改造和创新,产量指标、技术指标都有大幅度提高,但在连吹炉炉寿上还与同行业存在一定差距。本文就该厂连吹炉生产的实际情况做出总结、分析,介绍了影响连续吹炼炉炉寿的因素,通过大量的分析研究针对连吹炉的实际生产情况提出改进措施并取得了显著效果。

Abstract:Imperial Smelting Furnace smelting and continuous converting furnace processes were used in a smelter of a mining industry company which was put into production in July, 1995. After continuous process modifications and innovations during ten years, the yield index and technical index have increased substantially, but the life of continuous converting furnace is lower than the same industry. This paper summarize and analyses the actual production condition of the continuous converting furnace in the smelter , and describe influence factors on the life of continuous converting furnace, measures of improvements were proposed and the effect has been proved wonderful.
