换热器管板孔腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:某换热器管板孔发生局部减薄并导致换热管出现了穿孔泄漏失效。通过对管板套管失效的宏观分析和微观分析以及腐蚀产物分析,确定管板套管腐蚀与管孔内的硫铵堵塞物有关。硫铵积聚在管板口分解导致管板孔套管腐蚀减薄。通过改进硫铵的喷头结构避免管板孔的硫铵堵塞而解决了管板孔套管失效问题。

Abstract:The corrosion occurred on the holes of heat exchanger tube-plate. According to the analysis on the visual and micro morphology and corrosion products, the corrosion of the plate holes was caused by the decomposing of thiamine which was blocked inside the tube-plate holes. The improvement of the shower heads of the thiamine was adopted which can prevent from the block of thiamine inside the hoes of tube-plate.
