摘 要: | 本文针对某公司丁二烯装置冷凝器E-203A的严重腐蚀情况,对冷凝器清洗使用的水质进行了分析和腐蚀性评价、对冷凝器管束外垢样进行了分析并对现场循环冷却水系统的清洗预膜效果进行了监测,根据分析和监测结果,深入地分析了冷凝器E-203A的腐蚀原因.

Abstract: | Based on a company butadiene unit condenser severe corrosion situation of E - 203A, over the use of condenser cleaning water quality are analyzed and the corrosion evaluation, analyses the outside condenser tube bundle scale sample and cleaning of the circulating cooling water system monitoring the effect of preparing membrane, according to the results of analysis and monitoring, deeply analyzes the corrosion reason of condenser E - 203A. |
