摘    要:采用高压液相色谱法测定那他霉素的含量,以C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为分析柱,以醋酸铵缓冲液(取醋酸铵3g,加水760mL)-乙腈(760:240)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为45cc,检测波长为303nm。线性范围为0.04-0.3mg/mL,线性方程为y=52196216x+202922,r=1.000,加样回收率为99.73%,RSD为0.74%。该方法简单、准确、灵敏、重复性好。

Abstract:An HPLC method for determination of natamycin was established. A Cls column(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the phase of ammonium trile (760 : 240), at the detection wavelength of 303 nm and the column temperature of 45 ℃ .The calibration curves of natamycin were liner in the concentration rages of 0.04-0.3 mg/mL. The regression equation was y = 52 196 216x + 202 922, r = 1.000.The recovery was 99.73% with RSD 0.74%. The method was simple, accurate and reproducible.
