摘    要:固化剂对环氧树脂固化产物的最终性能具有重要的作用,本研究以市场上常见的不同结构固化剂为对象,包括593、IPDA、D400和651,通过考察固化剂种类和用量对涂层干燥时间、硬度、附着力和抗冲击性能的影响,得到固化剂结构与固化树脂的性能关系,为高性能固化剂的结构设计提供基础理论依据。

Abstract:The curing agent plays a very important role in the final performance of epoxy resin cured product. In this paper, four kinds of common curing agent on tile market were investigated, including 593, IPDA, D400 and 651. The influence of type and amount of curing agent on the drying time, hardness, adhesion and impact properties of cured coating were studied. The relationship between the curing agent structure and curing resin properties provided basic theoretical foundation for the structure design of curing agent with excellent performance.
