摘    要:介绍了国际海洋战略发展及我国的海洋强国梦的蓝图,其中重点阐述了在世界能源及资源面临危机的情况下,海洋钢结构设施腐蚀防护所主要依赖的牺牲阳极保护技术与外加电流保护技术的竞争将出现逆转;外加电流阴极保护技术在海洋钢结构设施防腐中节能、环保,未来通过充分利用天然海洋能源作动力,发展脉冲保护和双电极保护技术,结合近代电子高科技,有望产生新的阴极保护系统。

Abstract:This article introduces the development of international maritime strategy and the blueprint of our dream to strengthen our country by exploring ocean, focusing on the point that in the face of energy and resources crisis, a reversal is expected to occur in the competition between sacrificial anode protection tech and impressed current cathodic protection tech of marine steel facilities. The latter is energy saving, environmentally friendly and able to fully use the natural ocean energy resources as power. The development of pulse protection tech and dual electrode protection tech, combined with modem electronic tech, is expected to zenerate new cathodic nrnte~eticm ~v~torn~
