矿井提升机电控系统设计与实践

摘    要:通过对某矿主井提升机工艺过程的介绍,提出了矿井提升机电控系统的选择方法,并分析了直流电控系统组成部分和主井提升机辅助系统的特点。总结了在工程设计中,如何有效的选择矿井提升机电控系统,特别是装机容量在2000kw以内,直流电控系统是性价比最好的方案。

Abstract:Through introducing the technological process of hoist main shaft in a mine, this thesis brings forward the selection method of mine hoist electronic control system and analyses the characteristics of constituent part for DC electronic control system and main shaft hoist assistance system. The conclusion is that during engineering design how to choose effective mine hoist electronic control system, especially the installed capacity within 2 000 kW, DC electronic control system is the best cost performance scheme.
