摘    要:为了解决粗精煤灰分偏高的问题,经过分析研究找出了造成末精煤灰分偏高的原因,CSS分选末精煤中1mln粒级的分选效果较差,提出了减小脱泥筛筛缝的思路。通过改造实践,从一定程度上可以解决细泥污染的问题,改善粗煤泥分选效果,保证了粗煤泥的回收率,为解决粗精煤重介背灰提供了可能,为今后系统的进一步优化提供了一个方向。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of crude plant ash content on the high side, through the analysis and research, the causes of cleaned coal ash content on the high side was found out. At the end of the CSS separation plant in 1 mm of the grade separation effect was poorer, some methods to reduce the desliming sieve seam were proposed. Through reforming practice, a certain extent was formed, which can solve the problem of fine mud pollution, improve coarse coal slime separation effect, and ensure the recovery of coarse coal slime, which provided a possible for the coarse plant dense medium grey back and a direction for further optimization of the system in the future.
