300 MW机组汽轮机保护逻辑优化与改进

摘    要:嵩屿电厂300 MW 机组投入运行后,汽轮机保护系统暴露出一些问题:如保护直流电源单端失地,保护信号的配置和传输路径不合理,操作接口、各系统间接口及与油系统接口也有问题,因此必须对汽轮机保护系统的保护逻辑进行优化和改进。该电厂作了如下的改进:取消中压缸启动逻辑的保护、增加自保持回路、增加限制温度飞升的功能、采用3 取2 逻辑、改进压力开关的配置等。改进后,嵩屿电厂从投入运行至今,还没有发生过汽轮机保护误动或拒动的情况。

Abstract:After the 300 MW unit in Songyu Power Plant was put into operation some problems in the turbine protection system are exposed:such as lose of grounding at the single end of DC protective porwer supply,irrational configuration of protective signals and transmission route,troubles in operation junctions,junctions between systems with oil system.So it is necessary to optimize and improve the protective logic of the turbine protection system.The following improvements have been executed in the plant:canceling the protection for start-up logic of IP casing,adding automatic hold ollp,adding the functions of limiting the sharp rise of temperature,adopting the logic of two out of three,improving the configuration of pressure switch and other improvement.After improvement no malfunction or rejection of action for the turbine protection have occurred since the plant was put into operation.
