连续油管在弯曲和内压共同作用下的疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:连续油管在工作时除受卷绕弯曲和拉伸载荷作用外,管内常受到内压作用,承受三轴应力。根据疲劳强度理论,对连续油管在三轴应力作用下的疲劳寿命进行分析,结果表明,连续油管在三轴应力下的疲劳失效属于低周疲劳问题,疲劳寿命较短;内压大于一定值后,疲劳寿命急剧下降;改进连续油管作业装置,不用导向架,可大大延长连续油管使用时间。

Abstract:When working, coiled tubing is loaded by bending, drawing and inside pressure, so that it would bear three dimension stress. Based on theory of fatigue strength, fatigue-life of coiled-tubing with three dimension stress is analyzed. The result shows the fatigue of coild tubing under three dimension stress belongs to low cycles fatigue, its life is not long. And when internal pressure reaches a certain value, the fatigue life of coiled tubing will reduce rapidly. If improving operation unit of coiled tubing,i.e.don't use guide frame, the life of coiled tubing will be prolonged
