| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新直线度测量方法,运用该方法对一长直导轨进行了直线度测量。实验表明:利用PSD、激光器、A/D及计算机等组成的检测系统具有自动化程度高、测量速度快、安装调试简单等优点。该系统尤其适用于长件直线度的批量检测。

| Abstract: | The principle and method of measuring straightness is discussed in this paper , and the straightness 3D curve of a long slideway is also provided. The experiment proves that the measuring system consisting of PSD,laser, A/D and computer has the advantage of high automation, high speed of measurement,especially siutable to the whole range, massive measurement of long objects. |
