聚酰胺和双氰胺稳定聚甲醛的研究

摘    要:研究了在主抗氧剂Irganox245存在下,聚酰胺(PAT)和双氰胺(CG)稳定共聚甲醛(POM)的效果。研究表明PAT与CG并用有较好的协同作用,当Irganox245用量为05%、CG03%、PAT01%时可达到最佳的稳定化结果,在220℃下加热1h共聚甲醛的热失重率仅为0365%

Abstract:The heat stability of POM was improved by using polyamide (PAT) and cyanoguanidine(CG),with Irganox 245 as main antioxidant.The results showed when PAT and CG were both used,there was a synergistic action for the stabilization of POM.When Irganox 245 content was 0.5%,CG 0.3% and PAT 0.1%,the stability was the best,resulting in a weight loss ratio of 0.365% at 220 for 1h.
