摘    要:在油脂浸出生产中,定期检测浸出毛油的残溶对保证生产效果是十分必要的。采用气相色谱仪可以较准确地检测浸出毛油的残溶量,但由于检测仪器费用较高使之在浸出油厂得不到普遍应用。浸出毛油残溶量与其闪点之间呈负相关性,通过测定浸出毛油闪点可以判断浸出毛油残溶量。通过测定不同浸出毛油油样的闪点,再利用气相色谱仪测定对应浸出毛油油样的残溶,对浸出毛油闪点与其残溶量之间的对应关系进行了初步分析和探讨,提出了浸出生产中毛油闪点指标的控制范围,以利于浸出生产中采用闪点法简便快捷地检测浸出毛油中残溶,正确指导生产。

Abstract:In the production of solvent extracted industries,it is very important to inspect the solvent content in crude oil in order to ensure the production purpose The solvent content can be inspected exactly by GC,but this method haven't been adopted widely in the plants because its expense is so high The flash point and solvent content in the crude oil are negative correlation The solvent content in crude oil can be estimated by examining its flash point The flash point of many different oil samples were analyzed, and relative solvent content were determined by GC The flash point controlling range in the extracted crude oil production was put forward,and the solvent content in extracted crude oil could be inspected simply by the method of flash point to instruct the production
