对浸出毛油闪点与其残溶量关系的探讨

在油脂浸出生产中，定期检测浸出毛油的残溶对保证生产效果是十分必要的。采用气相色谱仪可以较准确地检测浸出毛油的残溶量，但由于检测仪器费用较高使之在浸出油厂得不到普遍应用。浸出毛油残溶量与其闪点之间呈负相关性，通过测定浸出毛油闪点可以判断浸出毛油残溶量。通过测定不同浸出毛油油样的闪点，再利用气相色谱仪测定对应浸出毛油油样的残溶，对浸出毛油闪点与其残溶量之间的对应关系进行了初步分析和探讨，提出了浸出生产中毛油闪点指标的控制范围，以利于浸出生产中采用闪点法简便快捷地检测浸出毛油中残溶，正确指导生产。
