吉林台一级水电站发电洞进水塔滑模施工

摘    要:吉林台一级水电站发电洞进水塔拦污栅闸墩和事故门闸井部分高程混凝土浇筑采用液压滑模施工,滑升高度分别为56.000m和53.475m,可节省工期约150d,相应的经济效益显著。该工程液压滑模的设计、组装、钢筋安装、混凝土浇筑及缺陷处理、滑模施工技术等经验,可供有关工程参考。

Abstract:Hydraulic-driven slipform was adopted in the concrete placement of trash-rack pier and emergency gate pier of power-intake tower,Jilintai 1st stage power station,with a lift height respectively of 56m and 53.475m.About 150 days were saved in construction time schedule,bringing about significant economic efficiency.The experiences obtained in hydraulic-driven slipform design,assembling,reinforcement installation,concrete placement,defect remedy and slipform operation etc can be of significant reference for other projects.
