聚合物再利用技术的研究与应用

摘    要:注入聚合物再利用剂将主要滞留于高渗透层的残留聚合物充分利用,产生具有封堵能力的絮凝体或交联体,可达到深部调剖的目的。通过残余阻力系数法对2种再利用剂进行优选与评价,对其封堵性能、水驱采收率值、注入时机进行了室内试验,实验表明:聚合物絮凝剂在较低的残留聚合物浓度下,即可形成较强封堵,聚合物固定剂可有效固定高渗透层中的高浓度聚合物溶液,具有封堵选择性;注入再利用剂可有效提高聚合物驱后水驱采收率,注入时机越早越好。河南双河油田和胜利孤岛油田的现场试验表明,聚合物驱后实施聚合物再利用技术,水井注水启动压力上升,吸水剖面得到改善,对应油井出现增油降水的良好开发效果。聚合物再利用技术是油田聚合物驱后可接替的提高采收率技术,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The residual polymer retained in high-permeability formation is fully utilized by rejecting polymer reusing agents to form the jam of flocculating and crosslinking, which can be used for in-depth permeability control. Residual resistance factors are used to select and evaluate the two kinds of reusing agents. It is found that the polymer flocculant has super sealing capability when the density of the residual polymer is low, as well as the fixed agents have selectivity in water plugging can effectively keep the high-density polymer solution stable in high-permeability formations. The lab flat physical simulating experiment shows that the reusing agents should be injected as early as possible to effectively enhance waterflooding recovery after polymer flooding. The polymer reutilization technology has been applied to Shuanghe Oilfield in Henan Province and Gudao reservoir of Shengli Oilfield, which shows that the waterflooding start-up pressure of water wells rises, the injection profile is improved, oil recovery is enhanced and water cut is decreased in corresponding oil wells. Therefore, the polymer reutilization technology is a useful IOR technique, and has broad application prospects.
