| 摘 要： | 公民参与公共政策制定是我国目前正在逐步推广的公民参与社会政治生活的有效途径,是公共政策的基石。阐释公民参与公共政策制定的价值,针对当前我国公民参与公共政策制定中存在的问题,提出完善公众参与公共政策制定的对策研究,以期制定出有效的公共政策。

| Abstract: | China is currently taking steps to encourage citizen involvement in the formulation of public policy. Encouraging citizens to become active participants in social and political policy formulation is a milestone of public policy; however, there are currently imperfections in the process of citizen involvement in public policy making. This thesis proposes ways and means to perfect the process of citizen involvement in public policy and discusses the importance citizen involvement in such and of the enhancement of a social and political life. |
