谷胱甘肽与叔丁基邻二苯酚的相互作用及其分析测定研究

摘    要:利用循环伏安法研究了含巯基寡肽谷胱甘肽(GSH)和叔丁基邻二苯酚(TBC)的相互作用及其催化氧化机理.研究表明:在TBC和GSH的混合溶液中,TBC的氧化伴随GSH在TBC苯环上的亲电加成作用,并导致TBC苯环上的相邻羟基的催化氧化作用,且这种催化氧化电流与溶液中的GSH浓度呈良好的线性关系.利用该线性关系,采用标准曲线法测定了针剂中的GSH含量,与光度法测定结果比较,两者基本吻合.

Abstract:Interaction between glutathione(GSH) and 4-tert-butyl Catechol(TBC) as well as catalytic oxidation properties of TBC were investigated using cyclic voltametry.The results show that,in the mixture solution of GSH and TBC,the oxidation of TBC results in the electrophilic addition reaction of GSH to the benzene ring with sulphuhudro group,which also leads to the sensitive catalytic oxidation current.Catalytic oxidation current of TBC is linearly related to the GSH concentration in the solution,which can be used to determination of GSH in medical samples.The determination results is corresiponded with the results determined by the spectrometric method.
