以Mn_3O_4为催化剂的锌-空气电池性能

摘    要:通过热解法制备锰复合催化剂作为氧还原的催化剂.采用×射线衍射光谱法(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)对制备的锰催化剂进行晶型结构表征,同时采用阴极极化曲线,恒电位方波和恒电流放电等电化学测试手段,研究催化剂在碱性电解液中的催化性能.结果表明,热分解法制备的锰催化剂为Mn3O40Mn3O4催化剂在碱性介质中具有较好的电催化活性.催化剂在铝金属空气电池中具有很好的大电流放电性能.以Mn为催化剂的锌-空气电池在6 mol/LNaOH中,具有较好的大电流放电性能.

Abstract:Mn composite oxygen catalyst was prepared by thermal decomposition.Structures and electrochemical performance in alkaline and neutral electrolyte of Mn composite oxygen catalyst were measured and characterized by X-ray diffraction,cathodic polarization curves,the constant potential square,and discharge tests.The results showed that Mn composite oxygen catalyst was Mn3O4.The Mn3O4 oxygen catalyst had better electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolyte.Al-air battery using Mn3O4 as oxygen catalyst was ca...
