有机硅改性SAN树脂的制备研究

摘    要:利用含不饱和碳碳双键的有机硅单体A-151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)与苯乙烯、丙烯腈进行三元悬浮聚合制备了具有优良的耐热性能和冲击性能的有机硅改性SAN树脂。通过在聚合过程中添加三苯基硅醇避免或减轻在聚合产物加工时的羟基缩合交联反应,达到消除水分的目的。研究确定了聚合过程中各个成分的较佳用量:A-151占苯乙烯和丙烯腈单体总质量的百分数为0.8%,三苯基硅醇与A-151的摩尔比为3.4,PAAS用量为占A-151质量的10%。

Abstract:Organicsilicon-modified SAN resin which had excellent heat resistance and impact strength was prepared by ternary suspension polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile with A-151 (vinyltriethoxvsilane), a kind of organic sili-con momomer containing unsaturated carbon-carbon double bond. By adding triphenylsilanol in the course of polymerization reaction, condensation crosslinking reaction of hydroxyl group could be avoided or weakened which occurred in the course of processing polymerization product, whose purpose was removing moisture. The best quantities of various components in the course of polymerization reaction were determinated: the amount of A-151 was 0. 8% of total mass of monomers(sty-rene and acrylonitrile), the mole ratio of triphenylsilanol to A-151 was 3. 4, and the amount of PAAS was 10% of mass of A-151.
