内置式同步电机转子分段移位的性能分析与参数计算

摘    要:转子分段移位能有效削弱相反电势中的齿谐波,降低齿槽转矩和转矩脉动.在有限元仿真计算的基础上,分析转子分段移位数对内置式永磁同步电机相反电势齿谐波及齿槽转矩的削弱效果,并揭示出转子分段移位数与被削弱齿谐波次数之间的关系.分析验证转子分段移位结构的d-q轴电感计算方法,以及对磁阻转矩的削弱影响.

Abstract:Step skewed rotor type was an efficient manner for reducing harmonics and minimizing cogging torque and torque ripple.Based on finite-element analytical technique,the influence of different segments of step skewed rotor type on harmonics of the EMF and cogging torque was analyzed,the relationship between reduced harmonics and segments of step skewed rotor was revealed.The method for calculating d-axis and q-axis inductances of step skewed rotor type machine was provided and verified by finite element method...
