三网融合下的集成播控平台与技术

电视业务的传输网络已从有线电视网延伸到电信网、互联网,而相应的集成播控平台都是针对各自的业务需求建设而成,缺乏统一的技术规范与业务规范,不易管理与扩容。人工方式的内容审查和监控,难以适应三网融合形势下多样业务、海量内容的集成需求。现有的各自独立的播控平台难以支撑多内容、多业务提供商与多网络运营商之间的业务协作运营,内容版权没有保护机制。文章提出建设三网融合下的集成播控平台,研究相关技术,从内容集成、内容播控和协同运营3个方面来解决这些问题。
